I look back on a great week in which a lot was released. The retreat was exactly what I needed: peace, space and a complete break from everyday life. Besides all the sessions on site, we also went hiking in the mountains and along the coast. The surroundings were really beautiful, as was Casa Moum, where we stayed.
What I really liked is that everything was allowed at your own pace. If you didn’t like an activity, that was totally okay. From the first moment it felt like a warm welcome: great food, nice bedrooms and cozy rooms where you could just be.
Everything was just right. I learned a lot about my process and took home beautiful insights. The small group made it personal and familiar, which was really an added value.
Mascha is a very nice facilitator, warm, involved and really present. Thanks to her I immediately felt at ease.
A special experience that will stay with me for a long time.

A unique experience, in a beautiful location with the warm guidance of Mascha. A week to unwind and reflect on yourself and discover new insights. A week of sharing experiences, recharging batteries in nature and enjoying time with yourself.
It’s hard to describe what this does to you. In any case, I enjoyed it immensely and can only say, “Treat yourself to this amazing experience!”

Oh my vacation was blissful …everything was right and came at the right time …the mix of enjoying nature, adventure, body work with personal growth in cozy surroundings with sweet, cool people was wonderful …. this vacation came at the right time I think … I feel blessed and grateful that I could experience this .
The peace that Mascha and Hugo exude makes you land faster, come home … you feel safe because of the good care. Mascha asks the right question or questions at the right time which makes you even more aware. Their humor makes a nice alternation between effort and finding it exciting and relaxation and trusting in what is to come.
Their cottage is also absolutely right…. everything is in the right place which also offers tranquility. Everything has been thought of, nothing is missing. Very cozy and the pool offers an extra dimension of cold bathing, fresh dip.
Delicious food is provided and if something is not there , they take care of it with much love.
Also sporty people can indulge … you can walk to the village about 4 km and cab Hugo back … or walk back yourself with the necessary altitude meters there 🙂
In the village there is a little church where you can go inside and beautiful sayings that make you feel welcome….
And such a beautiful nature that makes you silent….
Mascha and Hugo know how to find the quiet places where you are pretty much alone on the beach. Really blissful…
