Een <a href=\"https:\/\/casamoum.com\/nl\/boeking\/\">boeking<\/a> is pas definitief na schriftelijke bevestiging en volledige betaling van de huurprijs.<br \/>1.2. Bij de boeking vragen wij een aanbetaling van 40%. Het resterende bedrag van 60% dient uiterlijk 6 weken voor aankomst te zijn betaald.<br \/>1.3. Indien dit niet mogelijk is, kan de sleutel worden opgehaald of teruggelegd in het sleutelkastje bij de woning.<br \/>3.4. Bij verlies van de sleutel worden de kosten van vervanging in rekening gebracht.<br \/>3.5. De woning mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor recreatief verblijf.<br \/>4.2. Verhuur is uitsluitend aan personen van 24 jaar of ouder. Verhuur aan groepen jongeren of voor vrijgezellenfeesten is niet toegestaan.<br \/>4.3. Huurder is verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade veroorzaakt door henzelf of hun gasten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">4.4. De woning is een rookvrije accommodatie; roken is binnen niet toegestaan.<br \/>4.5. Open vuur buiten is niet toegestaan, behalve op een barbecue die volgens de lokale voorschriften wordt gebruikt, met speciale aandacht in droge maanden (check de lokale voorschriften).<br \/>4.6. Meubels mogen niet worden verplaatst of naar buiten genomen. Huurder dient voorzichtig om te gaan met de inventaris.<br \/>4.7.
