I guide people, teams, and families who want to slow down, experience connection, and discover their inner strength. At Casa Moum, people can recharge, have fun, and reflect on what truly matters – in a practical, warm, and intuitive way.
My story
Self-exploration and awareness
I lost my mother at a young age. That loss set me on a path of self-discovery and awareness. I discovered how important it is to feel, slow down, and explore what truly fits you.
My experience led to the desire to create a place where people can be themselves, have space to connect, and find peace. Casa Moum has become such a place: a house where you can recharge, enjoy nature, and share meaningful moments – with teams, entrepreneurs, or families.
What drives me
I see that many people get stuck in their work, teams or personal lives. Often they try to move forward from control or pressure, rather than from their own feelings and talents.
I wanted to find a way to support people through attention, intuition, and practical steps. My aim is to provide a safe, warm space where people can explore their blocks, utilize their talents, and make choices that truly align with who they are.
The growth that emerged
Through personal experiences and years of coaching experience, I have learned the importance of:
- Follow my own talents and intuition
- Recognize and release blocks
- Connect with myself and others
- Create calm, flow, and energy in my life
These insights form the core of my guidance: I help others discover their own strength, experience joy in connection, and make choices that truly fit them. I do this at Casa Moum and in my coaching practice RISE Coaching in Belgium.
Who I am
I am a feeling person and coach who quickly senses what someone needs. My approach combines warmth, practical tools and intuitive guidance.
My core values are: connection, authenticity, nurturing, inspired power, freedom, awareness and growth. Everything I do invites authenticity and real connection, with room for fun, relaxation and meaningful moments.
What I want to bring
I believe everyone deserves a place where they can be completely themselves. I guide people so they can:
- Slow down and consciously make choices that suit them
- Experience connection with themselves, their talents, and others
- Recognize blocks and transform them into new possibilities
- Rediscover flow, energy, and inspiration in work, life, and togetherness
