Meet Hugo & Mascha – the founders behind Casa Moum
We are Hugo and Mascha, partners in life and in creating places where people truly feel at home. Casa Moum is our shared dream location, beautifully situated in the Andalusian mountains, where tranquility, nature, and authenticity come together. Here you can slow down, enjoy, and connect – with your family, yourself, or your team.
OUR STORY
Our feeling as a guide
For years, we worked together, first in our own business, doing what felt right in a natural, organic way. Yet we felt that things could be different: slower, more connected, even more from our feelings.
We followed our hearts — as we always do — and went in search of a place that offers space, tranquility, and beauty. The mountains, the sun, and the sea became our sources of inspiration. The mountains give strength and space; here we can be fully immersed.
And so Casa Moum was born: the “house of mama,” a place built on warmth, care, and a sense of safety. Here, everything comes together — our feelings, our intuition, and our hospitality.
We wanted to do things differently
We felt that business and life could be different: more from feeling, flow, and intuition, and less from control, pressure, or fear. Our experience in business and coaching showed us how valuable it is to explore blockages, utilize talents, and create an environment where people can be completely themselves.
Personal growth and awareness
Together, we have grown, become (and continue to become) more aware, and learned to follow our intuition. We have experienced how important it is to listen — to ourselves, to each other, and to the people around us. This transformation allows us to guide Casa Moum as a place where people can slow down, find joy, connect, and rediscover their true essence.
Who we are
Hugo
An outdoors person through and through. Hospitable, practical, a good listener, and always up for a good conversation or a walk. Hugo ensures everyone feels at ease and enjoys providing others with a great time.
Mascha
An empathetic person and coach. She quickly senses what someone needs and creates space for genuine connection. Mascha sees the story behind the person and invites slowing down, listening, and feeling.
Together, we embody the core values of Casa Moum: connection, authenticity, presence, strength, freedom, and personal growth. Everything we do invites sincerity and genuine connection — in a natural and effortless way.
